Requirements

The candidate will need to have a complete understanding of the core LAMP Platform. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be a quick learner, able to adapt and understand various businesses, have stellar software development skills, and have great communication skills. In this role, the candidate will be working as a full-stack engineer developing front-end and server-side components of the product with a strong emphasis on reliable, maintainable, and scalable software that runs in a high-volume, high-availability environment.

The Software Engineer will be responsible for providing input to product release plans that cover project inception through delivery and ongoing operational maintenance. One will be expected to analyze and solve complex application-related problems, adhere to the product design concept, and user standards.

Essential Skills

• Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree (BE/B-Tech) in Computer Science or related field.

Your duties and responsibilities will include working together with our design team for product mocks and creating the next-level, latest mobile apps for our company. The primary focus will be on implementing new user interfaces and features with automated units and integration tests.
The goal is to write “clean” and flawless code to produce fully functional software applications according to requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the requirements and propose the best possible solutions.

Responsibilities

• Proposal & RFP/RFI/RFQ Management:
  • Lead the preparation and submission of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  • Write and edit proposals, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, legal, and delivery teams to gather inputs and approvals.
• Sales Collaboration & Enablement:
  • Work closely with the sales team during the pre-sales cycle, supporting pitches and presentations.
  • Develop customized pitch decks, solution briefs, and demo environments.
  • Support second and third-level client meetings with deep product and technical insights.
• Internal Coordination & Process Improvement:
  • Maintain a repository of proposal content, case studies, templates, and reference materials.
  • Standardize pre-sales documentation and streamline the RFP response process.
  • Provide market and client feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.
• Client Engagement & Solutioning:
